  1. Are you available on our date and accredited with—or experienced at—our venue?
  2. What’s included vs. add-ons, how do you count operating vs. setup/idle time, and what are the overtime rates?
  3. What exact space and power do you need (WxDxH, voltage/amps), and will you handle ingress/egress and venue coordination?
  4. How many guests can you realistically serve per hour, and how will your team manage queues and guest flow?
  5. What safety, compliance, and contingency measures are in place—insurance, PDPA/data handling, and backup gear?
