Notes & Tips
- Deposit & Payment: ₱3,000 non-refundable deposit; 50% down to confirm; balance due 1 week before event
- Modifications: all changes in writing; extra fees may apply after agreement
- Setup & Collection: indoor AC setup recommended; allow 2 h ingress, 3 h grazing display, 2 h egress; overtime fee ₱1,500 / hour
- Space Requirement: grazing cart/table footprint 152 × 79 cm (5 × 2 ft)
- Transport Fees: free in Metro Manila; out-of-town and elevator fees apply
- Food Safety: contains allergens; notify us of dietary needs; leftovers not recommended—client to provide containers
- Portion Guide: 30–60 g cheese & charcuterie per person for appetizers; 85–170 g for main meal
- Display & Promotion: we may use event photos/videos for promo unless otherwise requested
- Force Majeure: events beyond control allow date changes or cancel without penalty after 30 days of disruption

- What are your change, rescheduling, and cancellation policies, including clear definitions of “unlimited” service and any stock or time caps?
