  • Deposit & Payment: ₱3,000 non-refundable deposit; 50% down to confirm; balance due 1 week before event
  • Modifications: all changes in writing; extra fees may apply after agreement
  • Setup & Collection: indoor AC setup recommended; allow 2 h ingress, 3 h grazing display, 2 h egress; overtime fee ₱1,500 / hour
  • Space Requirement: grazing cart/table footprint 152 × 79 cm (5 × 2 ft)
  • Transport Fees: free in Metro Manila; out-of-town and elevator fees apply
  • Food Safety: contains allergens; notify us of dietary needs; leftovers not recommended—client to provide containers
  • Portion Guide: 30–60 g cheese & charcuterie per person for appetizers; 85–170 g for main meal
  • Display & Promotion: we may use event photos/videos for promo unless otherwise requested
  • Force Majeure: events beyond control allow date changes or cancel without penalty after 30 days of disruption

  2. What are the exact power requirements per cart — voltage, wattage, and any generator needs — and can you comply with our venue’s restrictions?
  3. Are you venue-accredited and compliant with permits, insurance, and food-safety certificates required by the venue and LGU?
  4. What exactly is included in your package — staff, setup and breakdown, disposables, styling, ice, and toppings — and how is pricing structured?
  5. What are your change, rescheduling, and cancellation policies, including clear definitions of “unlimited” service and any stock or time caps?
