Notes & Tips

Lead Time: Book at least 4–6 weeks ahead to secure your date.
Space & Power: Reserve a 3×3 m area near a power outlet for setup.
Guest Flow: Plan for 45–60 flipbooks per hour; have staff guide guests.
Out-of-Town: Confirm travel fees and venue access for extra-city events.
Tarpaulin: Provide branding files two weeks prior if ordering custom backdrop.
